Movida Nederland BV has committed to Almere City FC’s business club through the end of the 20/21 season. Director Ed Moné, accompanied by his son Vincent Moné, recently signed a one-year agreement with the club.
Moné explains the decision to join Almere City FC: “Our decision to become a member of the Almere City FC business club stems from our belief in continuing to innovate at the intersection of people and technology. By ensuring that technology serves the desired solution, we help entrepreneurs address their telecommunications and telematics challenges. In our view, Almere City FC shares the same core principle as we do: ‘Innovation drives progress.’ That’s how it works in the business world, but it certainly applies to sports as well. And here’s the proof: the use of a waterproof drone to provide an overview of soccer practice. Come rain or shine!’’
As part of the partnership, Movida Nederland has provided the club with a waterproof drone so that the first team’s training sessions and practice matches can be captured in clear, detailed footage. This is a great step toward further professionalizing the organization surrounding the first team.
