Effective March 1, 2023, we will be adjusting the rates for both Movida Nederland B.V. and MDP Inbouwspecialisten B.V. This is something we, as companies, have never had to do before because the differences within the market were minimal. Unfortunately, we are living in different times, facing challenges both globally and nationally. The combination of high inflation and rapidly rising labor, fuel, and supplier costs means that our price increase would amount to 11.8%. We do not believe it is appropriate to pass on this increase in full, so we have made a different decision. This decision is based on the present situation and our expectations for the future together with our business partners. With these considerations and our vision in mind, we have arrived at a rate of 5.9%. We find this more acceptable and justifiable because we also know that everyone is facing price increases. And we believe that we should not make things unnecessarily expensive by passing on all costs on a one-to-one basis. We are counting on better times when such price increases will not be necessary and prices can remain stable.
